Story
Coastal Carolina Group Inc. was formed in 2003 by Paul Cuomo. Krystyne Oranday Joined Paul in 2009. In January 2024, Coastal Carolina Group Inc. assumed the name Cuomo & Oranday as a proud expansion of our team.
Coastal Carolina Group Inc., now known as Cuomo & Oranday, started as a residential firm that later grew into a full service commercial and general real estate firm. As the company grew, Cuomo & Oranday began specializing in both complex and non-complex real property of all types. We appraise all types of real estate under normal and abnormal conditions for our clients. Depending on your specific need, we have a wide array of services we can offer for all types of properties and any type of valuation need involving real estate appraisal from the basic to the most complex.
We regularly perform retrospective appraisals of all types in the areas of estate work, litigation, and tax planning. We also perform services related to general real estate involving complex litigation in a multitude of different avenues such as Eminent Domain, Administrative Hearings for land planning, partition actions, private condemners, and estates of all types.
Our goal here at Cuomo & Oranday is to deliver high quality appraisal services for our clients. Collectively, our company has over forty years of appraisal experience. Cuomo & Oranday does not sell, broker, or develop real estate of any type. We are always your partner, never in a position to compete against our client’s interest. We believe our satisfied customers and our long term clients speak volumes to our success.

What To Expect
Our appraisal process starts with meeting you, our client. You can expect us to listen to your needs and discuss an appropriate scope of work. Once we have outlined what will be needed to satisfy your appraisal needs, we will present you with a detailed scope of work. Included will be all the necessary terms, conditions, costs, and time frame needed for completion of our services.

Once we have completed our preliminary diligence specific to your appraisal needs, we will begin working on your appraisal solution. After we are engaged, we will work collectively with you throughout the duration of the appraisal process. Our reports are customized to your specific valuation solution.
